Don has 30 years experience in ore processing, process plants design and chemical analysis. Formerly Process Manager and Technical Marketing Manager for BHP Billion; He participated in the studies, design and erection of several manganese washing and DMS plants including the 150tph and 200tph plants for the Franceville and OIkondja manganese mines in Gabon. Specialised in bulk commodity (iron ore and manganese) plant design and audit of performance against forecast, process and equipment selection, plant operating capacity against design specifications. He is a co-founder and director of Mark analytical, specialising on plant design and metallurgical analysis.
