On 04 September 2024, Havilah Mining Gabon signed a landmark agreement with China Overseas Engineering Group Co. Ltd. (COVEC) for the construction of critical infrastructure at the Milingui Iron Ore Mine, located in Vieux Tono, Gabon. The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony held in Beijing, China, marking a significant milestone in the mine’s development.
